I have been told by many people that the flowers from a Zucchini plant are eatable. I was quite unsure of this suggestion and frankly did not do the research to find out if there were recipes out there for this interesting treat. Today I came across a recipe for them and i plan on making some of these when we grow Zucchini's again for the next growing season. Don't they just look scrumptious?
