BAKING LAMINGTONS

I have been in an exploratory mood to try out new baking recipes. I came across this recipe from a pin on a blog called Pink Piccadilly Pastries, a fun, whimsical blog where Jina bakes mostly sweet things. I have to say that the yellow cake was pretty good all by itself and I have yet to try out the completed product as they had to dry overnight.
